I disassembled the unit myself but I was unable to do the fine soldering required to remove the old part and put the new one back on. I called around to multiple computer repair places in the Newtown area, and no one seemed to be confident enough to do the computer board soldering. Isabel was able to do this and now I have a working laptop again.“
