I had a pleasant experience last year so I thought I will go back to them for my alteration, the lady who was there today however, was very rude! She kept saying she is busy and I took so much of her time! She was just on the phone when I came in and when she attended to me she isn't sure if she can finish it by the time I wanted my dress back. She still asked me to put the dress on and asked what I want altered. She kept mumbling she is busy though. When I asked how much the fee is, she said she can't say because it isn't done yet. Patronize at you own risk ⚠️The negative reviews posted about this business are very much true. I experienced it for myself as a first and last time customer. Unorganized and very rude and dismissive if you tell her she is wrong about the situation. I definitely would not recommend. Argued me down that I only dropped off 2 pair of pants when I know there was a sample included. Why would I pay $44 for a pair of damaged pants and new pants? Patched up the sample pants which I didn’t ask for. Misplaced my 2nd pair of pants and pretty much waved me off to leave. The owner of this shop was extremely kind, friendly, and did a wonderful job fixing my graduation dress! She did it so quick too and it was all at an affordable price. I loved her, you should absolutely support her business!Services: Alterations
