I only gave 3 stars because the young lady who did my hair was amazing. But the owner is terrible. I had a 9:30am appointment on a Saturday. I called and asked for the earliest time. I didn’t end up leaving until 4pm. They told me Ne price of $180 on the phone then charged me $220 … after being a whole hour late getting there. The women who did my hair didn’t even start of doing my hair. I asked for the normal size braids and they did what they wanted. The sad thing is this isn’t my first time at this salon …. And i never had any problems. My issue is that the lack of customer service and the ability to satisfy the customers that’s terrible.

I was told 40 dollars for two braids when the lady was done she raised her price to 50 dollars then told me that it 40$ when you bring your own hair and that is not what we discuss over the phone never again

Never again!!!! As much as I like the way my hair came out; the entire process was annoying and too much. Firstly, the woman was 45 mins late! I was desperate because other places were not open on a Sunday. When I booked the appointment, 3days in advance she knew I wanted her to provide the hair but apparently she didnt know that.....but you gave me a price that included hair right? So 45 mins late and now she has to leave to go get the hair (which for me took too long). I have gotten box braids before and these were not even small. I got medium to big braids. It took 9 hours!!! I have never been at a salon that long. I was also annoyed because I had to keep micro managing the way in which she was doing the braids. They were nice women, the place was clean but they are not up to date with new techniques at all. Very slow braiders. I like my hair, which is why I gave 2 stars but I will NOT return ever!
