Horrible service DO NOT come here !!! You will be wasting your money !!! It took the owner 8 hours to finish braiding my hair (mind you she had help finishing the ends) and the ending results were horrible !!!!!!! Nothing like the picture I showed her. Parts uneven, braids uneven and sloppy, the curls were all knotted just over all horrible. Also horrible customer service, she kept pausing to answer her phone or to socialize with people that were coming into the salon. Worst experience ever !

From now on I’m listening to reviews. This place was horrible. I asked for 4 braids she gave me 6 of the worst braids I ever got in my life. Today is 06/24/2024. Please please please don’t go here. Dirty, the lady was pulling my head so hard after I kept telling her it hurts and then my braids a garbage. Seriously, this place needs to go out of business. I don’t even write on these things, but it so serious that I just left there and had to write this. I had to try to save somebody

If I could rate this less than 1 star, I would. Going to this place was one of the worst experiences I ever had personally. They were over an hour late, the shop owner kept saying she was on her way and stuck in traffic but had called me at 8:30am morning of, to confirm my appointment for 9am. At 9am she said she was 10 minutes away. My hair didn’t start getting worked on until like 1.75 hrs AFTER my scheduled appointment. The girl who did my hair was sweet but she should not be doing anyone’s hair for pay until she practices more. The parts on my scalp were terrible towards the front.
