Note: It's been a few months since I've returned (trying to save money), so things may have changed. First and foremost: clean! Staff: social/personable and skilled. I went on a girl's date so the vibes were very nice and welcoming. They're good at upselling too. lol. I felt like pricing was a bit much and was charged way extra for paying with card vs cash. There were no signs indicating an up-charge for using a card, but I didn't make a fuss since I treated myself that day anyway. Their displayed pricing chart needs to be updated--Spa Pedicure wasn't listed and I was shocked it cost me double than my hometown (NY). I also noticed, afterwards, my friend had a longer and more thorough pedicure than I did and she opted for regular, not spa... The dip manicure was a first for me, and probably a last, since I didn't like the heavy feeling or thickness of it. Keep in mind tho I usually do UV gel manis and never do wraps, acrylics, tips, etc. It was a matter of preference, not skill. The dip manicure actually lasted a very long time and they had awesome unique colors which encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone that day. I'll be returning soon, but would like to see some specials.
Ive been going to Lynn for years. I was a first customer for the tattoo eyebrows. At first I was upset but Lynn said mommy give it a few days and wala they were exceptional 10 year later I went to get them done again and again wala. I get so many compliments on my eye brows. I have very seldom been unsatisfied but Lynn always fixed that. So people that are saying bad service without fixing the situation is beyond my belief. I’ve moved down south and I come here to get everything done before I go home that’s the only way I let them redo or refill anything down south but I don’t them do eyelashes. I went to Juan to get my first tattoo. Both he and the place were great! It was very clean inside and he did a great job with my tattoo! He made sure that I liked the sizing and placement multiple times which was helpful and was able to replicate the exact design I wanted. If you’re looking for a place to go, this is the one! I had noticed water dripping into a light fixture on my ceiling and just found John's name online and in my area. He called him late on a Saturday and he came over early Sunday morning and had to saw the ceiling apart and it took him about an hour to fine a leak about the size of the sharp end of a pin. He spent several hours fixing it for me and I could not have been more pleased. John is a former union plumber and a Vietnam veteran. It was great to meet him and I will be calling him again.
Called Lorenzo on a weekend after a burst water main under driveway caused flooding. He texted straight back and came around same day to evaluate. He got his crew workin g the very next day (Sunday morning). Crew were friendly and got to work immediately and fixed the issues. Price was very reasonable, and Lorenzo is genuine and honest. Now it’s timeless. The architectural solution to this mind twister of the house seemed to be a breeze to the engineer of the company. Clean, crisp. Under budget. During the microburst in April, just a week before the completion of renovations, that left most of the town out of power for 2-3 weeks, the workers cleared fallen trees by the lakefront, and repaired the fence broken by the natural disaster. And I did not find any charge for that on my bill. Speaks for itself.
