We entrusted them with a major kitchen renovation project that combined several rooms, raised a ceiling, raised a floor, and much more. The scope of this project is the kind of ‘once in a lifetime’ project we’d long dreamed of doing. At the same time, picking the wrong contractor with a budget of this size (i.e., can’t afford to do it twice) would have been catastrophic.

We knew Josh and his company because they did a second-floor/dormer addition to a friend’s ranch house. We eventually met Josh and were sold on him immediately.

Thankfully, it was very much the right call. Josh was in constant communication with us every step of the way. Always responded to us quickly and always set our expectations appropriately.
The work they did was perfect. Every detail was accounted for and discussed ahead of time. The project finished on time and on budget, with zero headaches.

He did arrive late to our scheduled time but he apologized for that. Once he was there he worked quickly and kept me updated the entire time and sent me pictures as I'm not local.
