Taking a yoga class with Steph is an adventure! She is fun yet knowledgeable. You never know where you are going to end up! She is an amazing teacher! She leads with such verbal precision and love that you are literally carried into the pose. Her classes are all level so no matter where you are on the mat you she will provide guidance for all.
