“I don’t normally write reviews but I love this place so much I want more people to know about it. I’ve been coming since the beginning of November and I’ve never felt better. I have a very bad knee and this is the only thing I’ve found that actually helps it instead of hurts it. My back pain is gone as well. A bonus is that I’ve lost weight and gotten very toned. Studio owner Carol is amazing—she cares a lot about her students, gets back to you right away, etc. The instructors are excellent and the classes are actually fun. I have a monthly unlimited membership and it’s a steal, given all the benefits I’ve seen from regularly coming here. I can’t say enough good things about this studio. This place deserves more than 5 stars!!“

“Krista is an amazing Pilates instructor. She has years of experience in fitness and great at teaching the reformer. She is motivating and funny so the hour long workouts go by quickly. I have been going for 4 years and she’s great about getting people in shape and staying in shape which is why so many people continue to attend. It’s a beautiful studio and having 8 reformers makes it so easy to book last minute classes but it’s not such a big class so you get a lot of individual attention. Krista manages the schedule professionally. I’ve never had an issue with the studio. She is the only instructor now so it does mean the schedule can change a little if she is out but it’s well worth it to have her as an instructor. In order to sign up you have to do an intro class first.“
