I called General regarding service for our 23 yr old Viking range. (This was the 1st time this range/oven needed repairs. I called Viking customer service. I learned that General is one of only 2 appliance repair companies in CT that service Viking appliances.)I left a voice message at General. I received a return call about 1 hour later. The lady was pleasant and helpful. John came to our house about 24 hours later as scheduled. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Fortunately he had the necessary part on his truck and made the repair to the igniter system. We were prepared to have additional parts repaired given their worn appearance and age. I've been using General Appliance Service for over 20 years. John has always given us great service, good advice, and is friendly, neat, efficient and prompt! We have Viking, SubZero and Speed Queen appliances.Services: Refrigerator/freezer repair
