Have been a patient of Ct Orthopedic for years for my arthritic knees. Recently having shoulder pain and made an appointment with Dr Daignault based on a referral. Wonderful doctor, very kind and sweet, knowledgeable and patient. I was very pleased.

Have had three major arthritis related surgeries over the last twenty year. All went well. But things HAVE changed since then. I'm now seeing one of their doctors for arthritis in the knees. While pleasant, when the doctor sees you it's like he's on a factory piecemeal time clock. You have to catch him quickly or he's out of the room. After a gel shot two weeks ago one knee still bothers me and is swollen. I called two days ago and left a detailed message with the doctor's assistant on how I should treat it , heat/cold/ another shot? I still have not heard back. If medicine is so money oriented now imagine what it will be like if socialized medicine comes in and doctors need to see more patients to make their "quota". Research your doctors/practices before you schedule .

I’ve been to the branford location preciously for myself and for my mom. I recently went and they were wonderful. Apologetic for the wait, and the staff and MD were very kind. Definitely recommend them for an ortho emergency!
