Have had three major arthritis related surgeries over the last twenty year. All went well. But things HAVE changed since then. I'm now seeing one of their doctors for arthritis in the knees. While pleasant, when the doctor sees you it's like he's on a factory piecemeal time clock. You have to catch him quickly or he's out of the room. After a gel shot two weeks ago one knee still bothers me and is swollen. I called two days ago and left a detailed message with the doctor's assistant on how I should treat it , heat/cold/ another shot? I still have not heard back. I had an emergent issue with my left knee over weekend. I called the office on a very busy Monday was given a appointment that morning at 9:30- they advised I may have a wait but not as long as it could have been with all the patients they needed to get in on a busy Monday. Saw Dr. Alan Reznick - great support staff, radiologist and everyone connected in this office.. They had a lot of patients to juggle and it all flowed - even with the COVID-19 protocols in place! Love this group and this practice of docs especially Dr. Reznick

I've been here several times over the years - seen different docs both for myself and my son (including Phil Minotti and Peter DeLuca). Never really had any issues until recently. After a nasty fall down some stairs, I saw Dr. Thomas Moran - he diagnosed AC sprain, okay. Two months later, I return with what has devolved into frozen shoulder - it happens. After a less than two minute interaction where he never laid a finger on my shoulder, I was directed to get an MRI. In the follow-up, he leaves me a rambling message that doesn't appear to have anything to do with me - yup, he was trying to advise me without actually referring to my chart. Epic party foul.
