“Miracle Mist JUST LEFT my house and I'm so impressed with the way my carpets came out I had to sit down and write this review...From the start they returned my call promptly. They worked with a specific date I was looking for and called me 30 minutes before my appt.They use 2 hoses with a steam cleaning nozzle at the end. That's it. No dragging machines filled with water through the house. You can see the steam coming out of the nozzle while watching the dirt disappear. I never thought I'd see my carpets look as bright (and white) again. And there's no overpowering industrial/perfumy odor, just the smell of newly clean.I've used traditional carpet cleaners (with commercial machines) in the past. Never had the same results...I would recommend Miracle Mist to anyone looking to get their carpets looking like new again.“

Spend extra time explaining how mold spreads/works, and how it needs to be treated.Spent extra time writing out two estimates (one for the work as I requested, and one for the work he recommended). “Today Sal Corso of Carpet Rescue cleaned my carpets today. My carpets are older and generally not in great shape. I have several pets and one in particular has an upset stomach a lot of the time. All that said, Sal did a wonderful job. He arrived on time, calling the night before to let me know he was still all set to come. Although my husband and I had moved most things the few that were left were no problem for him. He assured me he only used non-toxic cleaning products and my pets would be fine even if they licked their paws as the carpets stays damp for a while. Sal made the steam cleaning look easy and quick but I am sure that repetitive motion gets tiring. Spots disappeared!! Spots I was sure would never be gone are gone! The carpet was not as damp as when I had other professional clean it as they left it soggy. It took a shorter amount of time for the cleaning than I expected and Sal "raked" the carpet after cleaning (something Stanley Steamer neglected) to assist in a quicker drying time. Yes, I would recommend Carpet Rescue and Sal Corso without hesitation.“
