Kristen was my dental hygienist and she could not be nicer! She made me fee at ease because I’m nervous every time I have to go to the dentist from bad experiences. She explained everything she was doing and did NOT cause pain. I highly recommend this practice. The staff is very cordial as well.

Branford Dental Care is the BEST! As a confirmed “dental coward”, I have felt comfortable and safe from day one. Thumbs up to Dr. Hacker, the office staff, dental assistants, and hygienists!I very much appreciate Lotus, my dental hygienist. She represents the practice exceptionally. Lotus is professional, caring and friendly. She is also a teacher, wanting to be sure that I clearly understand what she and the Doctors say.

This was my first visit and it was better than I expected. Everyone in the process from the checkin at the front desk to my exiting were courteous and professional. The hygienist was thorough, explaining each step of the exam making sure I understood each procedure that he was performing. The Dentist then gave me a review and presented me with my options for preventing new issues and correcting those found during the exam.
