They installed our 5 mini splits last year…the relief we feel over the last year is amazing. Constant temperature comfort! Ac or heat anytime with the push of a remote button. The systems are so adjustable and sooo much better than our baseboards or old “haul ‘em out” window air conditioners. The filters are easy to clean. We just had them serviced today to clean the indoor and outdoor units (we have dogs and cats and like things super tidy). They are the best people you can ever deal with. I’m so glad we saw their work truck at Cumberland Farms in Coventry that day and got their card!

This is a year late, but our home owners insurance was involved. We've had an on/off problem since buying our home in 2015. One weekend unbeknownst to us we had a backup that led to a huge problem.Hiring one of those 1800 RR type places a boy came and kept going in and out to the van then i realized another worker sitting in the van giving him instructions. They didn't fix it M&M came, Keith stayed til 9pm on a Friday. Sunday the problem was back... Keith & Matt came (we had the spectic pumped by now also). They worked on our lawn, pipes, in/out for hours including digging up main line... Then they called me over, a toy from probably 1970 finally worked... read full review

Based on recommendations on Next Door, I called M&M Wednesday, after dealing with Harp (who sent an seemingly inexperienced tech who proposed $3000-$5000 of work and a $14000 new furnace). M&M sent an experienced HVAC Tech on Thursday who QUICKLY ? identified the problem and got my furnace back up and working in less than 1.5 hrs! Couldn't say enough about how pleased I am with the service! I am all done with Harp and will be sticking with honest and efficient M&M!!❤️❤️❤️❤️ Recommend 10/10! Save yourself headache and choose them! Thank you Sean for being so prompt, professional, and honest!
