“This is a year late, but our home owners insurance was involved. We've had an on/off problem since buying our home in 2015. One weekend unbeknownst to us we had a backup that led to a huge problem.Hiring one of those 1800 RR type places a boy came and kept going in and out to the van then i realized another worker sitting in the van giving him instructions. They didn't fix it M&M came, Keith stayed til 9pm on a Friday. Sunday the problem was back... Keith & Matt came (we had the spectic pumped by now also). They worked on our lawn, pipes, in/out for hours including digging up main line... Then they called me over, a toy from probably 1970 finally worked it's way through lodged in our plumbing (why our unknown problem never actually fixed in the past). They stayed on a Sunday worked on everything until that toy sat there floating on top of my pumped spectic for us to see, in short until they were satisfied the problem was fixed. Then put everything back, including dirt!I've never paid such a reasonable price for that amount of detail, customer service in my life!I said one day I'm writing you well deserved review, I'm proudthat the day has finally come!M&M hands down has been better than anyone! “All of our interactions with King Energy have been nothing but positive and made us feel like we were valued customers. The few times we have had to call them for anything, they are always very responsive and go above and beyond. The most recent call involved a service they no longer offer but because I was concerned about just picking another contractor off the internet, they came out and took a look, made some recommendations and then agreed to take care of it for us anyways. A few days later, the work was completed and at a very reasonable price. I can't say enough about happy we are with this company! Our geothermal system is now 14 years old and still running great. My boiler failed and I'm going to make some changes.

But I just had to leave a review for Trinks Bros.

By far, the best oil service that I’ve ever had.
Super reasonable prices, and excellent customer service. I’ve never spoken to someone from the company that wasn’t friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I’ll never forget last year when it was snowing like crazy and due to my own stupidity; I wasn’t on auto-delivery, and I realized last second, mid snowstorm that I was below an eighth of a tank of oil.

I called Trinks to schedule an appointment for the next weekday (It was a Saturday) just hoping that I would make it until Monday because I didn’t want to get an emergency delivery. I was sure that Trinks Bros had actual emergencies to deal with and people in much greater need than me.

Several hours later, in the pitch black, I get a ring notification on my front camera and hear a bang on the side of my house.

Despite the fact that I didn’t have a delivery scheduled until Monday, one of the kind drivers from Trinks bros came out on a late Saturday night to fill me with oil simply because he “was already delivering to a church down the street, so why not?"... And they did all this at no extra cost.

I ran out to tip the driver, which he conveniently refused repeatedly, but I forced him. Absolutely amazing customer service, and perfectly exemplary of what and who Trinks bros is as a company.

“On August 1, 2024 Nutmeg Mechanical’s team lead by Scott completed the installation of my Carrier warm air furnace, my electronic air cleaner and my new dampers.
They started the job on time, covered my rec-room carpet, installed the new equipment, and tested the operation of everything.
They did a professional job and left my house clean.

A split unit central air for our house a full pellet furnace a deducting our house after asbestos abatement and every job was top notch. He can do it all and is a great and honest. “Our water storage tank failed last Thursday night. The water was leaking from the bottom of the tank. I notified the answering service. Jeff called me within the hour to discuss my issue. He told me that he would send a tech out first thing in the morning. His technician arrived at 8 AM to diagnose the problem. He determined that the tank had to be replaced. I spoke to Jeff, the tech proceeded to replace the tank, and we were up and running by 11 AM. Anytime we have needed emergency service, Jeff and his team have come through for us. We always are happy with the response and the repair. I highly recommend using Wilson/Norige Oil for oil service, annual maintenance, and repair work.“
