This review is overdue but I wanted to make sure I had time to share all the positive things about this place. I brought my dog, Snow, who is a 3 pound almost 10 year old chihuahua who had very severe periodontal disease and needed all her teeth removed. I was referred by another local clinic who said this place was the best. I will say that from beginning to end, the staff were so welcoming and kind. I was so nervous, Snow is truly my first child I’ve had since I was 20 and she’s so tiny and fragile It was hard to hold onto trust with any place but I’ll say this place had my full faith and hope that she would be okay. Absolute pleasure to work with them. Took stellar care of my cat when he had to have a few teeth pulled and crowned. Couldn’t have asked from more professionalism from Dr.Fillion and the rest of the awesome staff! 100% worth the drive from southeast CT.
My cat is never happy to go to the Vet, but they are very kind and gentle with her.
I suspected my cat was having dental issues and Dr Herrman confirmed as she was showing me the X-rays and explaining the care plan.
I have been going to her for many years with both dogs and a cat. Her care and attention to detail are excellent. Prices are reasonable. I would not go anywhere else for dental care for my animals.
