I just wanted to thank Dr. LaValle Dr. Oswald and Dr. Bishop and all of the staff for caring for my Kona over these last 6 or so weeks. she was my baby and meant the world to me. A piece of my heart was taken when she left me but I have comfort knowing she was given the best care possible by you all and she was able to cross the rainbow bridge comfortably with my wife and I by her side. Thank you all again for caring for her and loving her.
You have been kind, caring and gentle with all of our pets throughout the years and we've always had great experiences with your Doctors and staff. You've always stood out with phenomenal care, but last weekend when our world was turned upside by the unexpected passing of one of our kitties, your practice really shined. We called to arrange for cremation and from that phone call to picking up his ashes today, you have shown how incredibly kind and caring you all are. The very sweet girl that took our baby from us when dropping off showed us so much compassion. She put our minds at ease and promised he would be taken care of. I don't know if she truly understood how much that genuinely meant to us in that moment. We cannot thank you all enough for all you do for our furry family and their care in life and in passing. ❤️ From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for all you do for our family and the countless others in your care and love of our pets.
Thank you for being there for my z boy. my dog zsadist bloated and from being a vet tech for around 10 years I knew the signs I called in to ensure a surgeon was avaliable and the lady on the phone was very nice. they took him in right away and got xrays to prove bloat and did the surgery. I was called after by the dr to tell me he did great. I want to thank all the techs that had to deal with him monitor him try to get him to eat deal with all his fur after clipping etc. i know you guys do alot and thank you to the vet that saved my boys life. he ate when he got home and now is his old self but ofcourse still not running or jumping cus of stitches. he is my heart and I'd have lost it if I lost him but thanks to bolton vet and the techs I got my boy back.
