They're doing the best they can. When it's busy u just have to wait. U might have to wait 3 hrs. It's better than going to emergency or driving to Hartford. I'm glad They're here.
Let me explain something to you. I dont know who encouraged or raised these people that left these negative reviews but it's all lies! and on my life I dont work here or know anyone. Today was my first visit and EVERYONE was kind and helpful. I walked in and was seen in less than 20 minutes. Dont believe these reviews. This is the best experience you can possibly have. I don't know what happened in the past but presently, this is definitely the best urgent care in Connecticut. I'm shocked they've been open for years because the maintenance is mind blowing. I came in bleeding from a construction accident and was taken care of immediately. The PA, who had a rotation in a burn unit, stitched me up and did a fantastic job with my 5” laceration. I’m a volunteer EMT first responder and I know top quality care when I see it, not to mention experience it! I would highly recommend this Urgent Care center to our community! ??????
