We recently experienced a backed-up sewer in our office basement, and ServPro Bloomfield came to the rescue. The entire team was incredibly professional, thorough, and efficient in handling the situation. Our basement flooded and we called Servpro. Paulo came out and thoroughly assessed the damage and gave me peace of mind that they could help us out. The team that was sent did a great job. Balti, the team leader, was absolutely wonderful. He made sure that he and his team took great care of our possessions while packing to bring them to their storage facility. They cleaned up the damage and prepared us well for the restoration. Once our basement remodel was finished, we called Servpro and requested Balti to bring back our stuff because we trusted him and knew he would do a great job. We are very pleased with the results and are happy to have our basement back.
