I was extremely impressed with Dr. Pennoyer's expertise. She saw something odd, she said, "What's that? It turned out to be a Squamous Cell Carcinoma. Truly an amazing doctor. On another note, just a plea for words most of us learned in Kindergarten. I'm hoping that whoever is at the check-in desk on May15th will try to be more respectful, more courteous to a patient. Something more than, "Your name?, I need your insurance and ID!"I'm certain the young lady can do better.

No waiting, I was seen within minutes of arriving. Staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Fairchild explained everything and was very patient.Easily a top shelf place. Very clean and organized.8/31/2021Just had a second procedure done; this time on my face and Dr. Pennoyer preformed the surgery. I am very lucky to have this office for dermatology. I can't say enough good things about them.From the moment you arrive until you leave you feel that they are concerned and they are paying full attention to you. The Dr.'s are excellent.

I have found everyone in the organization to be very friendly and professional. I would’ve rated your organization with five stars ifI had a follow up phone call to see how I was progressing after a procedure was done during the visit. Many times questions come up following a visit to the office, especially when a procedure was performed.The phone call demonstrates interest and caring even further. For example, what to do with bandages and how long should they stay in place.
