Fast, competent response to our need to replace a leaking water heater. Came out the same day I called to give a quote. New heater installed the next day. No fault of theirs, but the new water heater made the hot water smell of oil. After a quick -- next day -- attempt to purge and clean it, they got the manufacturer to cover a complete replacement, and had it installed within a week of the original install. Very responsive and caring service! They took our problem very seriously and resolved it efficiently. Neil and RIck are excellent plumbers. I've used them for 15 years and they know their stuff. CT has a lot of acidic water which makes pinholes in copper pipes, and even when you change to pex sometimes the connectors leak. These guys do their best to remedy this. J&B Plumbing out of Bethel has done the plumbing work for our family here for 30 years and when we needed a plumber to create the natural gas line to the generator we knew who to call, and they did a terrific job. Pete and Neil were excellent to work with and their experience and expertise in this phase of the project was obvious and appreciated.
