Thank You Tom!!!! That is all I can say about his expertise and knowledge. We were in the process of closing on our first house and Tom came out to do our inspections. Tom spent 3+ hrs inspecting everything in the house and was extremely diligent. His report that he provided had so much detail and provided great insight to us on what work was needed on the house. Because of Tom's inspection, we decided it wasn't worth moving forward which ended up saving us thousands and thousands of dollars down the road.
