So, the actual service date for my oil furnace with this company was a year ago. In the recent weeks, we noticed some minor issues with the furnace (loud noice, small oil leak, etc..). Therefore I decided to hire another company to service my furnace this year.The technician from the new company came out and immediately found issues that was done improperly done during the service with Olive. Wrong bolts, certain bolts were not tighten properly, and some other issues. Basically our furnace was pumping out more oil on daily basis than it actually needed. Waiting on the the notes from the new technician about the overall issues.
