This is the third repair that I've had them handle for me. They are always so professional and responsive. Recently, Lex fixed a leak in my baseboard heater. He explained everything to me before doing the work. He also showed me where the shutoff values are on my furnace. I highly recommend their services.Service: Plumbing leak detection

Our Furnace stopped working so I called for an appointment. The staff was very receptive and helpful. Isaiah came out and diagnosed the problem and found further issues with the system. We purchased a new system and Tommy and 2 other guys were with him. All employees were great and a pleasure to work with. They all answered our questions and helped us feel better. My experience with Countrywide Mechanical was extraordinary. They were very responsive and professional from the first phone call on. They returned calls and followed through on what they said they would do. The installation was professional. They were prompt and courteous. Matt Jones is extremely knowledgeable in this field and will take the time to answer any questions that you may have. In a world where it is difficult to find good service, this experience has restored my faith that this kind of service actually still does exist. I would recommend Countrywide without a question.
