If you live in an old house with odd, old panes of glass, and you want to keep that early US look going, this is the place to be! Yes, they cut my odd pane while I waited.Last I checked, the big box store has an unmanned booth with plexiglass, not the old school glass in my old house, and I've never seen big box jump like Glass Guys. Even though I didn't have an exact measurement, and only the broken pane for exactness, Kevin was able to cut my odd-size window pane in about five minutes.The store hours for non-commercial walk-ins like me is Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, so this means you can still get your glass after work (or Saturday 9-2). The website suggests you call ahead, so I did, and got a call back within the hour of my voicemail, and was able to get my pane that day.I've never seen Glass Guy trucks fly by me on the highway like another review said, but their work in store is good and fast.
