I had my roof replaced as well as all of the windows and doors in my 1953 3000 square foot home. I am happy to highly recommend A1 Home Improvement to anyone and everyone. Joe Michaud was my sales rep and did a great job communicating with me and with the team. Lisa the scheduler from the backoffice was also great. I worked with a number of teams on this reno - Marcin and Ewald who are AMAZING - installed all of the doors and windows. They encounterd rotten wood under every window so a job that was supposed to take about 2 days took 4. I was so grateful for their commitment to make everything the best and perfect for me. The trim work is so professional and I know that the 3paned windows will make my home energy efficient. There was a different team (Justin / Michael) that installed the skylights and another team that replaced the roof. They were very professional and with any challenge they encountered - like when they ended up having to put new plywood on a part of my roof and my sunroom became covered in old debris! they came back and cleaned up - very apologetically. I know I have spent quite a bit with the company but I also feel that their pricing was competitive and the work that they did was more than what they thought they were getting into - AND they did not come back for more for every single thing. If I need any other home improvements I will definitely be calling them.
