“Adam Maynard gave me a quote for a tricky repair of a roof attached to a chimney of our workshop that was wrecked by a fallen tree after a storm. I threw him a curve ball when I asked for a change (after the quote), for a removable cap for the top of the semi-demolished chimney so we can have a mason finish the chimney top at a later date. No problem says Adam. Adam decided I needed metal flashing on the corner of our ancient carriage house ...no extra charge for material or labor. He's meticulous and does really nice work. “JJ and his team were hired to work on my mother's home after a tree fell during a micro burst and destroyed her TV room in July 2024. The TV room was destroyed and there was major damage to her living room, and dining room too. JJ was immediately responsive with an estimate and timeline. He did an amazing job with the demo and rebuild. Part of the rafters had to be replaced in addition to all roofing shingles and a partial chimney replacement too. JJ also had to rebuild the back deck, replace windows, flooring refinished, and a complete rebuild of the TV room.
