Most recently we discovered a problem as a result of a bad thunderstorm. They came out the same day, diagnosed the issue and provided two options. While here, they identified a serious problem that required an EverSource intervention. They directed me on how to explain the issue to EverSource so they could understand the situation and make it a priority, which they did. Without their help, we could have had a serious problem. They also called later that day to see how we made out which was quite surprising and appreciated. “On May 21, Scott and his assistant Ben came to service my furnace. My only complaint is that I didn't switch to Ryan Fuel sooner! Scott was amazing, extremely thorough and very personable. Our furnace has apparently never been cleaned properly (by Apple Oil), although I've had them here yearly. Scott found a number of problems which had been overlooked.
