We ended up with a minimal Bed Bug problem and Quest was the only firm we felt comfortable with. Karen was very knowledgeable and put us at ease about the problem and what needed to be done. My wife and I had numerous questions and called regularly to confirm what actions we needed to take and what was required. In each case, Karen was patient and reassuring. The Tech arrived on schedule and completed the treatment professionally and and in a timely manner. We highly recommend Quest Pest Control.

I can't believe what a great this company is. I spent two weeks on the phone and missing days trying to get other companies to come out only to be stood up twice by one company and having my concerns completely dismissed by another. Finally a friend recommended Quest. Christie was so great. She gave me helpful home tips, She was so patient and compassionate with my pest PTSD and went above and beyond post treatment clean-up. She helped me keep my pets safe ( I think my one cat wanted to go home with her) The pricing was also extremely reasonable. I will never use another company.
