Horrible experience at this place so far and I'm a new patient. They lie, waste your time, and brush you off like you're not important. I'm 22 and going through medical issues and they have done nothing to help me whatsoever.

Showed up a few minutes late to my physical. They are booked up for weeks and I needed the appointment before they will refill my prescription. They completely changed the roads to the office and I got lost. I tried to call and of course no one answered. It took me waiting 45 mins on hold to make the appointment originally. The receptionist was very rude when I got there. She kept cutting me off and told me because I was a few minutes late I lost my appointment. Mind you there are no other patients in the waiting room or parking lot. Not sure how a physical that is supposed to take an hour can be canceled over a few minutes. I was very excited to transfer to a new pro health office close to where I moved. I got my first appointment at 3:30pm, left work early. I work in Mass, so sometimes traffic is a little unpredictable. I scheduled xtra time for traffic, however ended up 6 minutes late. The person at the front desk took my info, processed insurance, asked Covid questions. Then another woman came , pulled her aside and then I was told I no longer can have my appointment because I was late. I thought it was a joke! 6 minutes late??!!
