“A few years ago, I rescued a very distrusting, anxious and skiddish street dog, Jeff, who was in desperate need of a grooming and as a Shi-Poo needs it routinely. Jeff was/is a warning-shot nipper when he gets anxious and scared and this team has really worked with us to help ease his experience. It was touch and go but Kayla (his groomer) made sure we didn’t give up. She is phenomenal and patient and VERY talented.“
