My puppy had an eye infection and I called Dr. Colletti at Mountain view animal hospital. The message on his answering machine said to call his cell if it was an emergency. Well, I called him because I saw my puppy had an eye , red and irritated. He called me right back..... He told me what to do in the mean time and I got into see him the next morning. He is so thorough... He examed him and asked many questions . I've been bringing my 21 month old puppy to a VCA hospital and it was always a zoo. Not personal or warm . Dr. Colletti is the best vet we've ever seen. You can tell how much he cares about the animals he sees. He is extremely thorough and you never feel rushed at all. We can always count on him to take good care of our pets.
