I was having some symptoms that were scaring me and was a nervous wreck. Jelissa was absolutely wonderful, so compassionate, kind, gentle, and skilled. I don't normally write reviews but she deserves the recognition.
Angie answered the phone on Thanksgiving eve at 11:00am. She managed to create and deliver a gorgeous arrangement of lilies, roses, and other seasonal flowers to my brother and his wife on THE SAME DAY! She said she didn't have much in stock, but what she assembled for the price AND same day delivery was unreal! Definitely recommend highly!

y daughter got something in her eye. We went to walk in and they advised we should see an eye doctor. We called our regularly eye care facility and they could not take us. I called others and they said they would not see her because she was not a patient. This is the only eye care facility that was kind, understanding and saw her immediately. We got there and check in was great. The assistant saw her and again great attitude and caring. We saw the doctor and she was so positive and examined my 13 and spoke to her about her issue which is none, she's fine. I was super impressed that they spoke to my daughter and let her advocate for herself. I plan to call tomorrow and set up appointments for her and I, they got two new patients!

First time I experienced Marcela’s facial with a Groupon and I was hooked. As someone who’s had close to 100 facials I can promise you this is the best you can get. An unassuming salon in an easily accessible location in Avon makes the prices affordable and this true European facial an amazing value. The stylist (Angie? I wish I could remember!) did a fabulous job trimming a disappointing perm I'd gotten elsewhere. She also recommended a leave-in conditioner. My fine hair has never done well with a conditioner you rinse, but a light, leave-in conditioner turned out to be just what I needed. She had years of experience and it showed.
I really like that you can make an appointment last-minute. Most places require weeks to months in advance.
My only suggestion would be to lower the age of the senior-price cut to 60.

His cuts were fine, but didn't do apts, so I often had to wait there for 45 min before it was my turn. Had my first Pedicure (Reflexology) and have to say, I'd gladly go back with her again. 40 mins of massaging, hot towels, hot rocks, etc... Owners Grace and her husband were extremely friendly and accommodating. Did everything possible to make it a relaxing first visit. Highly recommend them to everyone!

I came to Christina for my first ever facial just before my 30th bday. She was so lovely and easy to talk with throughout the experience and always explained what she was doing. I have very sensitive skin and a lavender allergy and she was so accommodating and even went out of her way to contact skin care companies to ensure there was no lavender in their products. I highly recommend Christina and Bloom! I will most definitely be back.
Shihans services are the best. I get my eyebrows threaded by her, her facials are incredible, I’ve gotten more than one type. The hydrofacial is my favorite! My mother also got her eyebrows microbladed by Shihan and it changed her life!! Woke up to a leaking hot water tank and contacted Pipe Doctor after seeing good reviews online. Reviews were spot on as Julian was fantastic. Responded to our call quickly and moved some non-urgent appointments around to fit us in. 5 hours after stepping in a puddle of water in our basement we now have a brand new tank installed for a very reasonable price. We just had our main bathroom completely renovated by Avon Plumbing and we could not be happier with the result. They did the entire job for us, starting with the design and selection of fixtures all the way through demolition to the studs and rebuilding from the floor up. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and very competent, not only the people from Avon plumbing, but all the contractors that they used for the various stages of the project. Just as important, they showed respect for us and for our property by being careful not to damage anything during all the demolition and construction. We wanted to give a special shoutout to Sheree for the design help, Stacy for keeping things on schedule, and to James for seeing that everything was done to our satisfaction. We really appreciate you all!
6/29/2024 - I wanted to add that we were very pleased with the help that Avon Plumbing gave us with the plumbing issue that we had last week. It was not a big job, but we had to coordinate with the water company to turn the water off before the plumber could help us. Camma did a great job of scheduling things so that we were not without water for very long. Thank you again!

I'm so glad I found Yoga from the Heart. This tranquil studio is located in Avon Village and has quickly become my go-to stress-relieving place. I signed up for their new student special, three weeks of unlimited classes, which gave me the option to try out any of their classes. It was a great deal and a great way to see if the studio would be a good fit for me. It was, so I signed up for a 6-week Intro to Yoga series with Jenna, and I'm so glad I did. Jenna is a great teacher with a calming and supportive presence.Their website is well designed and gives detailed descriptions of all the classes offered (there are quite a few!), and you can easily book classes through their website. As for COVID precautions, the studio has two HEPA filters running at all times and requires proof of vaccination. These extra levels of safety allow you to practice yoga in peace.
I really enjoyed my class with Kris!! It was a unique blend of circuit training and Pilates reformer workout! As an experienced Pilates practitioner I found the class challenging yet safe and effective. It was also very cool to learn about Kris’s custom made reformers! Amazing experience.
