Called them based on recommendation from a friend .Had an infestation of yellow jackets in my siding . Yale arrived right on time , they explained the best remedy and they were gone quickly - I would highly recommended them.

Called for help with carpenter ants. The office explained clearly what to expect and was able to schedule an appointment as soon as I needed. Irving arrived within the scheduled window. He further explained how carpenter ants can work their way into a home, and meticulously examined and then treated the house inside and out. The office was polite and patient with my questions. The technician that came, Alex, was very polite, knowledgeable, and patient about my questions. No fear/scare tactics. Just facts about what was going on. Explained in laymen terms that I could understand. Yale Pest Control was one of several companies I had come and examined my issue. They seemed to be the best fit for what was needed. There is no pressure to sign. Price was in the range of the other outfits, cheaper than most. Highly recommend them.
