My water heater was 50 gal, natural gas tank.

I had a water heater issue. It was a problem for a while and I had attempted to contact various companies for services before. I am so glad I contacted TLC (found them on Google search). They responded very quickly. After hearing about my issue, they told me "we can be there tomorrow". I was surprised, and honestly, did not want to believe them at first, since previous two companies made it sound I had a system that is some sort of rare model, and that it would take time to locate one and order. TLC worked with my home owners association directly, without having me to play a middle man, and confirmed everything was ready for service. The next day, they were at my house replacing the water heater. It went well, the crew was very professional and polite.
I had a small issue I've noticed a week later, but it was not the installation defect or nothing like that. TLC responded right away and came to my place to check and to confirm there were no installation issued, etc. It was not. I was just cautious so were they. However, the reason I am pointing this out is the fact that they did not disappear on me, and were very responsive after the installation.

As a customer, I am very happy, and to be honest, very grateful to TLC for how they provided the service.“

“I had a gas furnace installed seven years ago by Cordone and Tonucci and it worked perfectly (without needing servicing) until yesterday afternoon (a Saturday) when it failed. I called C and T and received a call back within 15 minutes. Within an hour, Rich came and solved the problem, replacing a thermocouple (apparently they do wear out), and I have heat again.
