Benjamin Franklin Plumbing has bent over backwards for my small business (and the landlord we lease from) in order to navigate an absolutely miserable situation from a bad general contractor. Junior, Vinny, Steve, and Mike, among others, have been patient, courteous, and professional throughout this entire debacle. The work performed is nothing short of artwork in form of PVC and copper. We cannot be more happy with their execution of the job. They've accommodated us every step of the way and made this very painful situation, which was no fault of their own, bearable for my small business. Good service. Technician was on time and explain to me the process. Just a little pricey on the service since material used cost barely $50, but the job was done. I accidentally put a pin hole on one of the pvc pipe when hanging a picture and when I rip the wall to se,I knit two more pipes. To replace about 1 foot of each pipe it cost a little more than $500 for pvc but technician explained to me that it is company price and no control over it which is understandable since even I know what material to use I have no tools to do it myself. Annual Service Maintenance. The technician, was very pleasant and courteous. He did an excellent job! The only problem I have with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is that their pricing for replacements like water heaters are very high. make sure you get a quote ahead of time. And do comparative shopping..
