MBI built our new house. They were easy to work with and did a very profession job. There were only a few issues, and those were dealt with promptly. Supply chain delays slowed the project, but they handled them efficiently. Mark has a great team - particular praise for Lowell, Pat, Jill, Christine and Nicolle. I recommend MBI highly.

Mark and the whole team at MBI were amazing. We are very satisfied with the whole process, from lot selection, to design selections (both interior and exterior), through the actual build process, and now post-closing support. The communication and responsiveness through the whole process were excellent, and any issues or concerns were addressed in a very timely and appropriate manner. We are now in our dream "forever home" in Woodland Park due to the effort and caring on the part of the whole team: Mark, Jill, Christine, Diana, Jeff, Lowell, and Margarita, and everyone.
