Our problem was water dripping from the shower head, even after we had replaced the shower head. We are so glad we called Hardcastle! Everyone we talked to on the phone was so nice. The plumber, Tom Guerena was fantastic, very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what the problem was, explained what he needed to do and answered our questions. We really enjoyed meeting him and talking with him. It was a great experience.
