Our RE agent recommended Baird & Sons plumbing to us when we first moved into our new house in Divide, CO. John was on time, very personable, and very good at figuring out a complicated issue with our radiant floor heating system. He took his time to get to know our house, our utility room, and the electrical related to the radiant floor heating and he figured out where the older components were failing. He also is very good at teaching the homeowner (my husband and I) how our systems work and also how to study the problem further so that we can give him more information for the next time he comes (saving us time and money). He has come up with a great solution that should fix our problems and save us money. I'll update this post after the solution is implemented.
