We have nothing but amazing things to say about Dr. Robin and her wonderful staff. Being new to the area, Windsor Vet Clinic was recommended to us by a family friend, so we gave them a shot. We brought in our 12 year old Shar Pei with severe skin issues. I Should add we were hesitant to do so as no other vet had been able to figure out what was wrong. Well, not only did Dr. Robin figure out the issue, she treated him, got his hair to grow back, and made it possible for him to fully enjoy the remainder of his time with us. I can't overstate the positive impact Dr. Robin & team have had on my fur baby's life. After a bad experience with a previous vet, I avoided taking my cat to another. But when I took him to Dr. Robin's office, the difference was immediate -- she was so friendly and calm, even though my cat was very unhappy to be there, trying to bite her, etc. She was able to detect a significant pain issue that was partially responsible for his volatile temperament.
