Everything! The instructors, owners, space/equipments and the people who I'm training with. It is a result of all those things that makes me give 10 (even more).
Awesome people, very welcoming to everyone at all levels of fitness. The workouts are challenging and completely adaptable. I've been a member for 2 years and it's like a second home. Come join us!
