“There is not enough stars to rate this place! My girl lily was very very anxious about grooming after having a bad experience at PetSmart. My pup was having the hardest time getting into the building. Everyone was so understanding and helpful! They let my girl take her time and slowly get into the building. Chelle and the younger lady are amazing and really helped my pup feel comfortable. When I went to pick her up she was a whole new dog, even said bye to chelle before leaving. I honestly couldn’t be more grateful!!! We will be back regularly now! Once again thank you so much pampered pet!!!“
