Easy to schedule and very professional. The estimate was up front and worth it. I had my vents cleaned and sanitized and it has already made a difference in allergens. They also cleaned my old carpets including a very dirty stairwell. Everything came out looking like new. Definitely would recommend and use again.
From start to finish Mike and his guys were professional, upfront, on time and a pleasure to work with. I appreciate the care and pride they took working in our home and they were very respectful as they cleaned out our all of our vents and returns and the dryer vent as well. Thank you!! We feel much better breathing in our clean air and will use and recommend Mid Western Carpet and Duct Cleaning for all our cleaning needs.
These guys were great!! Our normal guy cancelled and we had upcoming graduation parties that coming weekend. They were able to fit us in the next day. Our 3 year old carpet looks brand new again. The guys that did the work were efficient, kind and went above and beyond. We have found our new, normal carpet cleaners.
