Outstanding customer service! My daughter goes to school at UNCO and she needed a new tire for her car before coming home (Southern California) for the summer. We initially ordered the tire through Costco more than a week ago with a promised date of today. She called to confirm that order and install and Costco Tire Center said that the tire had not arrived and had actually not shipped yet. She called a second Costco and, while they had (4) of the exact tires in stock, they refused to sell her just (1), telling her that they did not want to break up the set. Omg awesome, awesome,awesome friendly, courteous and honest staff. Don't take advantage of women. Always upfront and the cheapest I've found in town. And there work is guaranteed always. Windsor Les Schwab IS THE BEST ILL ALWAYS GO TO THEM.
I took my truck for an alignment .the truck didn’t need it and they were kind enough to balance and rotate the tires ,and didn’t charge me a cent . You guys won a new customer for sure .
