For the second time, they claim to have come to my home to do a service but they were never here. They charged for a service they didn’t do! I work from home and can see/hear when people are here. They don’t show in the ring doorbell either in case I somehow missed them. They did rectify it last time and hoping they’ll rectify this too. But not sure I can keep up babysitting them to make sure they do their job. The service is ok when actually done. Not sure it’s worth the headache.Edit: they called to make things right. Came to my home and actually performed the service. Just hoping it won’t happen again.

Ian was my tree specialist, and was very friendly and knowledgeable! I prefer him as a regular in future! But Theodore J and Nolan are also good. Would like to stick with same good rep throughout the season!

I have tried their competitors, but TruGreen is the best. Their customer service and lawn care is great. David is our lawn tech and before each service, will ask if there is anything he needs to pay special attention to. Thank you!
