After some rather intense dental work reactivated my jaw clenching habit, I was experiencing chronic neck and jaw pain. Traditional massage work and chiropractic provided short-term relief but nothing that created actual change. Amy's Tibetan Cranial work is subtle yet profound and provided lasting relief from my pain. As a massage therapist myself, I would recommend Amy to anyone suffering from neck/jaw pain. Add on the reflexology for a truly transcendent experience!

I had a block of Tibetan cranial sessions with Amy over the course of a week for some tmj issues. They benefited me physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. She was a calm and compassionate guide, showing me where to find resource and ease in my body even if there was physical or emotional discomfort moving through. I felt very seen and respected in every step of my process. I've experienced lots of practitioners from different modalities and Amy is by far one of the best I've ever received treatment with. She is tender, compassionate, and intuitive. Every time I go in I relax more than with any other practitioner. In times like we're experiencing now that is a godsend. She is following all the proper protocols to keep her clients and herself safe, which I wouldn't expect any less from someone like Amy. I simply love working with her, one of the best in the entire country!
