It was my first time at Rocky mountain Forest products. I needed some unusual cedar siding. They had it in stock. The customer service was friendly and professional. I drove inside the gate and they loaded it right in my truck for me. Before I knew it I was on my way. I highly recommend them.
I needed a specific fence picket to match some broken pickets on an existing fence. Checked both Lowe's and Home Depot, and neither one had the right size. I found RMFP through their ads on Facebook Marketplace, but they had exactly what I needed, and the price was reasonable. I pulled my car into the lumber yard and they loaded it all up for me... great experience, exactly what I needed, couldn't ask for better.
After initial confusion about product quality and price, the company managers went the extra mile and fixed the gap in expectations. What a great example of a company that listens and responds to meeting customer expectations. We are making a safe space for troubled veterans and Rocky Mountain Forest Products company's help will support out mission greatly. Mix ups can happen.
