“Our experiences with Payless Rooter have been GREAT! After consultation with Paul, and his display of very clear video, it was obvious we needed to replace our sewer line. Paul, Caesar and their crew were assembling on the street even before the 7:00 a.m. start time. It was a scorching, hot day and the crew worked efficiently and professionally through the hot day, and answered any questions we had. With his experience and expertise, Caesar avoided hitting a water main under the street with the back hoe after the locating service misidentified and erroneously marked the location of the underground water line, thus averting what could have been a serious issue for several homes in our neighborhood. Also, their bid was CONSIDERABLY less than the next closest bid. Sometime later, we had another issue, unrelated to the new sewer line. Paul came out immediately, and remedied the problem.
