Our experiences with Payless Rooter have been GREAT! After consultation with Paul, and his display of very clear video, it was obvious we needed to replace our sewer line. Paul, Caesar and their crew were assembling on the street even before the 7:00 a.m. start time. It was a scorching, hot day and the crew worked efficiently and professionally through the hot day, and answered any questions we had. They cleared the sewer line. It was my choice to go with them due to their relatively low price, though it did mean going two days without use of a toilet until they could come fix the problem.

Our tech was super knowledgeable and even suggested a few other tasks that I could do myself - zero upselling. Was more economical than another place I connected with. Great work!
