I've been having tension building up in my neck and right shoulder and it got to the point I was having difficulty sleeping. I finally hit the tipping point and scheduled an appointment at Motion Massage and OMG am I grateful. I was able to get in the same day and the therapist was attentive to my specific needs. After the massage she suggested a few stretches I could do to help prevent that tension from building up in the first place which was much appreciated. Best of all I finally got a good night sleep and feel rested today. Thanks Motion Massage, I'll be back!!

I had the most relaxing and therapeutic massage of my life at Motion Massage! The space is peaceful and relaxing and the massage therapists are fabulous! I will go no where else for a massage in the future!
